Core Assessments

What is the true measurement of a good leader? Assessments can help leaders determine their preferred
leadership, communication, or personality style. When shared, these assessments enhance interactions between team members through greater understanding of individual members.

The Leadership Circle Profile (TLCP) is a true breakthrough among 360-degree assessments. It is the first to connect a well-researched battery of competencies with the underlying motivations and habits of thought. It reveals the relationship between patterns of action and the internal assumptions that drive behavior. TLCP goes to the source of behavior to get greater leverage on change.

The Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. Unlike many assessments which focus on personality, the E.L.I. is an attitudinal assessment. It measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world. And because attitude is subjective, it can be altered.

My manager suggested I get some leadership coaching; does that mean she/he thinks I’m incompetent?

Many people are placed in leadership positions with little understanding of leadership and offered no training. The most successful leaders are learners who understand there is always more to know about leadership.

If my company pays for my leadership coaching, will my conversations be confidential?

Confidentiality is a crucial component of coaching that encourages the client to have confidence in the coaching relationship. The signed coaching agreement would be between Leadership Unlocked and you, the individual participant and include a guarantee of confidentiality, despite the payment arrangements.

Is there a difference between individual and group coaching?

Group coaching brings together individuals who may not be connected on an existing team but want a more guided coaching experience around a particular coaching focus. Our Leadership Chromosome SM Leadership Success Accelerator exposes participants to proven leadership philosophies and opportunities to explore, develop and define their own leadership strengths in a group setting. An additional benefit is the opportunity to learn from other leaders. AND Leadership Chromosome SM does include individual coaching to help individuals achieve their best version of leadership!
